This is becoming almost a comical line in our home between Brent and myself! One of us will begin to talk about something that is bugging us and the other one will ask "did you pray about it?" Sometimes the answer is yes, however many times the question is met with an eye roll and some excuse or just plain conviction to finally pray about it.
The other day Brent came home from work with a splitting headache. He was saying that he hardly ever gets headaches like that. He took a couple of tylonel and layed down with a pillow over his head. I asked him what he was taking tylonel for and he told me he had a headache.... I asked "did you pray about it?" We went on to talk about our daily events and a couple minutes into our conversation (saying it was 5 minutes since Brent had taken Tylonel would be pushing it) Brent said "by the way my headache is gone".
God even hears us when we pray silently. If we take it to him believing that he will answer it is amazing how quickly he responds to our calling!
