Romans 8:15
For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba Father.

Romans 8:29
For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Joel 2:25-27
And I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, My great army which I sent among you.  And you shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, praise the name of the Lord your God, that has dealt wondrously with you: and My people shall never be ashamed.  And you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God and none else: and My people shall never be ahsamed.

Psalms 103:1-5

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear: because fear has torment.  He that fears is not made perfect in love.

He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

Jeremiah 32:37-42
Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, where I have driven them in My anger, and My fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again to this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely: And they shall be My people, and I will be their God: And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear Me forever, for the good of them, and of their children after them: And I will make an everlasting convenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put My fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from Me.  Yea, I will rejouice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with My whole heart and with My whold soul.  For thus says the Lord; Like as I have brought all this great evil upon this people, so will I bring upon them all the good that I have promised them.
